My Design Philosophy

Effective learning doesn’t happen by accident. It’s designed with intention. My approach is grounded in learning science and centered on the learner: who they are, what they already know, and what they need to do differently when training ends.

Every project starts with the end goal. I identify the real-world performance that matters, then build backward to create experiences that are focused, relevant, and free of unnecessary content. Adults learn best when they see why something matters and can apply it right away, so I prioritize practice, real-world scenarios, and meaningful feedback over passive information.
